Well-Being Self Assessment

We created the Degrees of Well-Being (DOWB), a self assessment tool that is intended to be of use to individuals, executives and organizations. The DOWB consists of 93 statements and is an opportunity to assess the way we are living our lives today against nine categories we believe to be critical indicators of well-being. You may order the DOWB online (below) or by mail.  If ordering by mail, please use our DOWB Individual Order Form.
